jl09 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl09 ("jl09," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jl09.net ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jl09 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jl09 Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the jl09 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming. jl09 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. jl09 is primarily designed for players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jl09 is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law or the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion from jl09 or any other gaming platform.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
• Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of jl09 or any of its affiliated game providers.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the jl09 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your jl09 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Create a strong, unique password for your jl09 account and not share it with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional layer of account security.
• Notify jl09 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jl09 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your jl09 account. jl09 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

All financial transactions on the jl09 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). jl09 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO , Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks

jl09 does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. These payment methods are not supported on the Platform in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your jl09 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. jl09 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. jl09 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

jl09 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• jl09 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or artificial wagering patterns — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

jl09 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse or has violated these Terms in connection with a promotional offer.

All games available on the jl09 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored by independent oversight. jl09 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all Filipino players.

By participating in any game on jl09, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance and/or skill, as applicable to the specific game type.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jl09's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. jl09 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical errors, connectivity issues, or device failures on the player's end.
• jl09 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a technical error, software bug, or human error has affected the outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl09 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jl09 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl09 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

jl09 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Upon account closure, jl09 will return any verified, non-bonus real-money balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to jl09. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are non-refundable upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms.

jl09 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. jl09 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jl09 Platform.

All content on the jl09 Platform — including but not limited to the jl09 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl09 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl09 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jl09 content without prior written consent.
• Use the jl09 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on jl09 content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl09 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jl09 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or server error.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by jl09 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture.

jl09's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl09 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl09's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jl09 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on jl09, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl09 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or account decisions, jl09's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. To raise a dispute, contact jl09 support with full details of your complaint.

jl09 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl09 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the jl09 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jl09 support.
